I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine."

The bar has a really great selection of drinks, and the bartenders made the trip even better—they were so fun that we ended up making friends with them. Highly recommend this hotel!"

Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar."
