「The room was clean and tidy. The property however appears tired. The restaurant is closed and not available. It is up for lease. The motel is some distance from town and food outlets are not available close by. Had to go into town for a meal. Was disappointed with that as there was no mention of the restaurant being closed in the advertisement.」

「I had to come to Tamworth for an unplanned visit, so money was an issue. The motel was the lowest price I could find. I was met by the caretaker when I arrived in the evening and she gave me all the information I needed. The room was clean, the water pressure was brilliant and hot. The location was central to everything I needed. There were a few missing tiles in the bathroom, but considering the age of the building it is to be expected. My only concern was that I didn't have a safety chain on...

「What a great motel , with amazing staff. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was lovely and very helpful. The motel is surprising quiet considering the area it is in. Once the curtains are drawn the room is very dark so there was no light from outside waking you. Highly recommend」

「The room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was with the sliding bathroom door, it kept sticking and getting stuck in its pocket cavity. We would stay there again 😁」

「We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh. Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again.」
