Service was a little low. Not enough baby cribs. Only a small towel and a big one in the room. Had to call and wait for 2 other ones. No new towels the next days. No maid service.

First of all this one of the best places... But only one think . The swimming pool was the worst and the guy work there ! Je was very rude! Some of the staff they really do hard work and they giv much they can ! Like Hasan in the bar very friendly and good service!! Miriam in the reception Amazing very professional this 2staff made me feel comfortable and enjoyable my stay Thank you The rest of the staff are always tierd!

j'ai l'jabitude de passer mes vacances a lunja village.ce qui m'interesse c'est la sécurité de cet etablissrment il se trouve dans la region dAGADIR pleine de sites naturels ou l'individu peut passer d'agreables vacances .cette region est connue pour son agreale climat pendant toute l'année a visiter AGADIR .AMESOUANE.VALLEE DU PARADIS.VILLA AL LAYMOUNE.AKESHI.IMOUZER ET PLAGES IMI OUDER.PLAGE AGHROUD et la liste est tres longue c'est la 7 eme année que je visite cet endroit et a chaque depart je penses a y revenir vraiment c'est agréable

Nice property and beach nearby but bad service.

Very nice property in a good location. Beach nearby is amazing. However, the service can be better. Check in/out very slow. The appartement was not ready and we had to call 4 times and go to reception at 11pm to get blankets and towels.

Only operational in the summer rhe property is not well maintained and staff is not sufficient. About 2 hours for checking. The tea room supposed to be open akl day no one there. We had to call the waiter from the bar for coffee. No snacks/ restaurants around the pool. The appartment is big but no need for all that space for 4 people. No A/C. No soap. Only 2 towels. We were disappointed.

Hôtel à déconseiller. Hôtel qui lui manque beaucoup de professionnalisme et d'organisation. Nous sommes restés 7 jours dans l'hôtel, pas de femme de ménage pour faire le ménage et changer les draps. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans tous l'hôtel et la nuit c'est impossible de dormir avec les moustiques et les bestioles partout dans le chalet. Il y a des gens qui ont trouvé un scorpion devant leur appartement. Petit déjeuner qui n'est pas bon. J'ai passé 7 horrible jours dans ce hôtel.

Aller ailleurs !!!

En résumé tout été nul. Pour commencer 2h d'attente pour s'enregistrer. Puis enfin vient La découverte de l'appartement comment dire infectés de fourmis, des tâches de partout sur le canapé rideau mur ... La cuisine n'ont parlons même pas impossible de toucher quoique ce soit. Pour aller à agadir le soir faut compter +1h pour faire 30km à cause des bouchons. Et quand on rentre pour se garer c'est une mission pour trouver une place. Le parc aquatique de l'hôtel est payant c'est inadmissible. Pas de réseau dans la chambre. 2 serviettes pour un appart de 4 personnes. En bref aucune raison de loger dans cet hôtel.

Désoler mais étant un grand voyageur l hôtel es très loin de tous plage commerce rien à proximité sur les photos on vois la mer mais en faite tous es très loin pas possible d y aller à pied réception injoignables je suis parti de mon séjour à ce jour aucun remboursement m’a été fait suite à mon mécontentement

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la plage a proximité

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le chauffeur Mohamed qui a pris soin de prendre ma petite famille pour aller au village ou a la plage quand j'étais en voyage d'affaire pendant une semaine. Tout le Personnel était magnifique, souriant et trés serviable.

l annonce décrit un appartement près de la mer, alors que celui ci est a plus d une heure a pied il décrit un espace aquatique mais qui est payant 9 € il y a rien dans le village il décrive un espace réserver sur la plage avec transat et parasol alors qu il y a rien il m indique que c'est écrit dans la brochure mais en prévision, c'est une blague village vacances a éviter, on s'ennuie attente 3/4 heure a l accueil des notre arrivée, aucun bonjour, on s'occupe d'autres personnes arrivées après nous, nous sommes invisible

Spacious, clean and comfortable but basic

Large apartment, clean, comfortable bed. Reasonable price. But...not near the beach (25 min walk—OK with us), no wifi except at the reception, no air or heat, basic equipment for the kitchen, ask for toilette paper if there’s none, best sea views are from the top floor.

Bien satisfait dans l'ensemble

Personnel très gentil, environnement et appartements très propre. J'aurai bien aimé avoir plus d'informations lors de mon arrivé à l'hôtel. Un peu loin avoir une voiture est intéressant. Il serait aussi souhaitable de mettre des chariots à la disponibilité des clients pour transporter les bagages car le stationnement est loin. Il faudrait aussi ajouter des ustensiles et de la vaisselle dans la cuisine.

Je crois que cette etablissement utilise de la pub mensongere le service est tres nul les piscines sont tres plein non propre il faut qu on se reveille trop tot pour avoir un relax en plus de ca il ya trop de poussiere pour les agents de securite sont non qualifie est raciste envers les gens qui arrive de l interieur de la royaume et pour le lit des enfants il a fallu que j attend 2 nuite pour avoir un a cause de la non disponibilite malgres que c est affiche dans leur pub que c gratuit le menage inexistant on netoit notre appart seul tous les jours globalement c nul je ne conseil pas les famille de venir ici car c trop chere vus les prix demande merci

Pas trop satisfait

En general, mon séjour était pas mal, niveau propreté, sécurité et confort, il est bien mais au niveau réception et accueil c'est un désastre, le personnel mal poli et ne sont pas accueillant, mon check m'apprenait plus d'une heure et trop de formalités pour rien. il faut revoir surtout ce point.
