Tampa Heights Retreat

Centrally located 10 minutes from downtown and airport, 45 minutes to St. Pete's and Clearwater beaches, this two story home is in Tampa Heights. Three bedrooms and 2 bath located on the second floor with half bath on the main floor. Fenced in yard in a family neighborhood. Nearby attractions include Armature Works, Busch Gardens, river walk, and sports stadiums. A park is across the street with basketball court and a playground. New queen and two XL twins beds fall of 2024. Master had a newer King. Five minutes to Ricks Cafe were you can get a water taxi on Hillsborough river to downtown Tampa.

Quiet neighborhood and directly across the street from a playground. Overall, the house was lovely with only minor issues. The pergola in the backyard was gorgeous for pictures, but a little weather worn to actually use. Also, the metal rail on the stairs was loose, although the wooden one on the opposite side was very secure. I would recommend this house to anyone except those with small children or with mobility issues because of that.

The property overall was nice. There were some minor repair that needed to be made, but the owner responded quickly. Beds were a little fragile but good stay.
