This Modern Oasis has a style all of it’s own. We welcome you and your family to sit back and enjoy your home away from home. Please feel free to be at comfort in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom luxurious home. We offer a heater pool with a beautiful outdoor space perfect for any age along with a barbecue and a kids park where they can let their imaginations run wild as you sit back and enjoy some much needed relaxation time. If you are looking for some outdoor fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Zoo, airport and downtown. We are also close to one of the highest rated beaches in Florida: Clearwater Beach. There are many things to do in Tampa and we hope we can accompany you in them. Our property has security cameras 24 hours, located at front door, side of the house and pool area.

Quick getaway with family

We absolutely loved staying here. So close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate! Smelled so nice upon entering the home. The pool was so relaxing after a long day exploring the Tampa area.

The home was exactly what we expected. Everything worked great and made our stay in Tampa even better. The only issue we had was there was someone living in the garage that was not disclosed.

Beautiful modern home with great amenities

My gf and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is gorgeous and in a good neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the heated pool was one of our favorites. Unfortunately the espresso machine & fire pit don’t work but that might be user error. Overall, we thoroughly loved our time here & would visit again !

Great quiet home with pool and plenty of space.

Really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool and play area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and the home had TVs everywhere and had a comfortable feel. The master bedroom has an open-style bathroom, but there are 3 bathrooms in the home so there were plenty of privacy options.

Great three bedroom house.

Owner has gone the extra mile to make us feel at home in their house. The pool was lovely and heated to a comfy temperature. The beds were comfortable. The rooms could use mirrors and clocks. Everything else was excellent.

Perfect house with great hosts

The house was a great for for the needs of our family. Everyone had their own bed, the pool was great, centrally located in North Tampa with very close interstate access. There is a tenant in the garage apartment, this wasn't an issue. No privacy concerns at all and he has very polite the couple of times we saw him. The hosts were very responsive and proactive with any issues and you can tell they work very hard to make their guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tampa.

Nice house good neighborhood.

This property is nice, clean. It's a really nice neighborhood. Felt safe. Was quiet area. House was good size for 4 of us. Takes about 1/2 hour to get to Busch Gardens. Restaurants are close by with many selections. There is someone staying in the garage which was on the site. Never heard them and only seen them a couple times. Not an issue. There was a proplem with the pool heat. Only worked right a day or 2 for our whole stay. We had to change our plans many times due to this. We planned to use pool on the first couple warmer days during our trip,but pool heater wasnt working on those days. Owners were responsive and called professional to come fix pool. Still had some issues even after. Pool was disappointing heater didnt work properly. We had planned days of using pool for good part of our trip. Master bedroom and bath is a little different with no wall, door or privacy for bathroom can see in pics in listing. Overall nice place to stay. still recommend
