Enjoy a modern, comfortable experience in this clean and centrally-located townhouse in Tampa/Seminole Heights. The Historic neighborhood features trendy restaurants, cool bars and breweries. Being in the city center is the perfect base to explore Tampa Bay. Only 5 miles from the airport, 4 miles from downtown, Ybor City and Armature Works. A 3 minutes drive to the zoo or 9 minutes drivetime to Busch Gardens.
The space is newly remodeled with a light modern, clean airy atmosphere. Guests will appreciate the vibe and energy of the space conveniently located in the center of Tampa. Easy access to 275. Approximately 15 minutes to any Tampa Bay faves: Zoo, Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa General, downtown and Ybor city.

House offers private in home dining at request for an additional fee.

Townhouse is cleaned and disinfected using Covid 19 safe protocols.

Upon request at booking, please inquire about private in home cooking experience possible for weekend brunch and or dinner for an additional fee. Depends upon availability.

What a great experience!

I loved this place and so did my friends!! I truly was impressed with how clean and nice the place was cuz these days rental places are not what they advertise but this place absolutely is. They even left us some strawberries as a welcome gift. Definitely recommend!

Weekend Girls Trip

The townhome was perfect for a weekend with girlfriends to see Taylor Swift. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house was clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. Convenient to the stadium, restaurants, and the interstate.

Family Vacation

We did multiple things in the Tampa - St. Pete area and the townhouse was in a great location. The house was just like the pictures. We would definitely stay again. I cooked a lot while we there the only thing you didn’t have was a cookie sheet and a muffin pan but I still worked it out. Gray place to stay. Thank you!
