Feel free to use all areas of the home, but please park only in the designated driveway and avoid parking on the grass.

The Space
The property is ideal for vacations and get aways from the city for up to 8 people. Although the photos show a huge backyard, you should first reach out to us and request our rates. We have ample space, including enough parking area.

Guest Access
Access to the property is independent and restricted to booking guests only. With over 1 acre of land, the backyard can accommodate up to 50 people for small events, but the house is ONLY available to those listed on the booking and can hold up to 8 guests. Please note: if you plan to host an event, you must contact us for our rates beforehand. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your booking. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT: if you booked a reservation (vacation or stay) you will not have access to host an event in the backyard without approval.

We kindly ask that you respect these rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Safety: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed when you leave the property.

Trash Disposal: Please follow the guidelines for trash and recycling disposal in the trash bins, which are located outside of the home.

Heating/Cooling: Please avoid setting the AC unit to excessively low or high temperatures. Keep it at a moderate level for optimal comfort during your stay.
