we booked a room and the air conditioner did not work. The staff quickly moved us to a room with a working air conditioner. They were very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean.

We chose this property for the proximity to the cruise port and could not have had a better experience with our check-in and room cleanliness. Stayed for a quick evening after a late flight into Tampa. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and informative. The room was a standard room, no frills but perfect for what I needed. Loved the mini fridge and Keurig machine with coffee and tea. Small TV but again, didn't bother me for the quick stay. The most important thing is that it was very clean and felt safe!
