Great condo with perfect location

We loved our stay at this condo for our Spring Break! Very clean and quiet building. We had the best communication with the property managers, they’d answer any questions immediately and made the checkin process easy. They were wonderful. Location is close to everything we wanted in the area: Busch Gardens, Riverwalk, USF, downtown, airport, and easy drive to Clearwater beaches. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect!

Exactly what we needed! My dad and I had a couple of nights to spend in Tampa and this apt was perfect! We each had a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Easy parking and excellent amenities. The pool and the gym were both top of the line. Many restaurants in the area and a grocery store nearby too. For us, this was a much better option than a hotel and I would absolutely stay again!

Cute, clean, and responsive!

Stayed at this location for an extended work trip and enjoyed this stay far more than a hotel. The host was very detailed and helpful during the check-in process and the space was very clean and comfortable. The gym in the complex is a huge plus!

Great place and location

This place worked perfectly for our group of 5. It’s close to the airport and the Tampa Port and has many restaurants and bars within a short 5-10 minutes. Very clean, great pool, and property managers very responsive.

My family of four stayed at this property for 7 nights. It was close to the airport so we didn’t have far to drive after a long day of flights. Check in was detailed and easy to follow. Very quiet building and comfortable accommodation. A few issues with things not working but nothing that hindered our stay

Great place and convenient location

This place was great for our quick weekend into Tampa. The weather was unseasonably cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area, but the apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. Check in process was a breeze.

Fantastic!

Spacious apartment for me and my three boys. Pool was large and fun for kids to play! Not a bad drive to any of the beaches and convenient to downtown Tampa activities. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating! Would highly recommend!

This home away from home was excellent! Clean comfortable and spacious for our family of 3. They really thought of what their guests will need to enjoy the comforts of home while away. Pool could have been warmer and the gym etc are under construction but we knew this when we booked. Conveniently located close to the airport and lots of dinning options around. Great proximity to Clear water Beach and Dunedin. Thanks again for hosting our Family Sara & Kal.

Easy

It was my first time using VRBO and I didn't know the process. However, the instructions for check in and out we're so clear and easy to follow. I had questions throughout and everytime they responded within 5 minutes! The apartment was nice and had great amenities. The pool was great and relaxing! It was so convenient to the airport, nice restaurants around, and George Steinbrenner/Raymond James Stadium. We were worried because it seemed like young professionals who lived there, and we assumed it would be noisy on the weekends, but it was not. People were respectful of the quiet hours. The parking garage was safe and a great perk! I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Tampa Vacation

Property was clean and stocked with basic necessities which was a bonus. Beautiful mall across the road with a selection of very good shops and restaurants. Close to family activities like Busch Gardens, the zoo and the awesome Florida Aquarium. Would recommend staying!!

Great location close to downtown, drive to beaches etc. Everything needed in kitchen, bathroom, washer dryer. Both bedrooms/ bathrooms nice! Will book again
