However no free drink was offered unless we ate in the hotel which is different to everywhere we have stayed

The staff at the Sanctuary by Belmond were extraordinary in their efforts to make us feel at home and cared for. One of our party lost a wallet on the grounds and they made every effort to help us find it. The front desk were especially accommodating in assisting us book bus tickets and entry tickets to Machu Picchu. Thumbs up!
