"This was a really beautiful property, the location to the beach was amazing! The grounds were stunning as well! The staff was friendly and very helpful! It was nice to have the option to check out boogie boards right at the hotel, or you can rent surfboards right there as well. Our transportation to our next location didn't come until 3 hours after check out and they allowed us keep our luggage in a secure location and even had showers available if we wanted! This was a beautiful property!"

"Casa Mapache is a lovely place managed by lovely people. The spacious, clean room had a king size bed and two twin beds, which was perfect for our family of four with two "tween" boys who don't want to share a bed if they don't have to! "Juan Carlos, the concierge for Hotel Arco Iris is an absolute GEM of a human being! He made our stay and the days leading up to our arrival even more than we could’ve expected. It was great having transportation set-up upon our arrival by the hotel! The property is beautiful, cozy & feels like home away from home. Breakfast with server Freddy was always a plus! "The pool was beautiful and refreshing, The Flores is so centrally located to all the bars and restaurants in Tamarindo we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed Chippie the hotel cats company as well. "

"Liked the propert landscaping. Didn't like that the condo we stayed in was infested with large ants Told the guard at the gate about the ants and the condo was sprayed. Many ants died but when we left the infestation was worse than ever. Didn't like that there was no communication with management and the office was always closed. "
