The space
This is a spacious luxury 3-bungalow, 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom oceanfront beach house. Comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Come and be mesmerized by the golden-violet Salvadorian sunsets and the profound starry night skies. All closed areas (bedrooms and main house) are equipped with air conditioning for your convenience.
Other things to note
Before requesting a stay, we’d like to point out some of our main house rules so you are fully aware of them before booking our villa:


- No parties or events are allowed. Booking our villa is only available for accommodation.

- No external providers are allowed inside the property (D.J, cooks, waiters, bartenders or any kind of external supplier). We work with trustworthy providers that can help you with some services you might need.

- No pets are allowed, no exceptions for tiny dogs.

- Any damage on the furniture, linen, missing item or extra cleaning will be charged.

- Our check in time is between 3:00 P.M - 5:00 P.M. If you arrive past this time an extra fee will be charged depending on the time. Please notice that we do not do late night check-ins.

- Check out time is at 12:00 P.M

- No daytime visitors are allowed.


We are a family vacation rental and we make sure to hand you the villa in excellent conditions, therefore we kindly ask you to give it back the same way. You’ll have the whole property for yourselves. Our trustworthy housekeeper, Yanira, will be there every day to make sure you have everything you need and she’ll be in charge of cleaning all the bedrooms each day and the common areas.
