"Where to even begin... We have stayed in Kuala lumpur many times in different apartment hotels but this was by far the worst. Firstly check in process was very poor and unprofessional, staff member basically handed us a card and took to the room and left. When we arrived at the room it was an absolute state, stank of cigarettes. Dirt everywhere, marks all over the walls, broken furniture. The toilet had a pool of water around it from a leak. We were offered a room change and all the rooms were..."

The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors. The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well."

"Hotel is close to Seremban Lake Garden and city centre - we left the car in the hotel and took the Seremban heritage trail by foot. Hotel staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. The given room was spacious, the carpet looked clean and still quite new, the bed was clean and comfortable.
