Overlooking the shimmering waters of Lake Annecy below, Talloires Infinity Villa is a contemporary villa with panoramic views across the bay of Talloires from its stunning swimming pool and terrace.
Built across three tiers to harmonise with the natural slope, the villa is as architecturally impressive as it is inviting. The main level opens into a vast, double-height living area where vast windows frame mesmerising views of the lake. Here, a sleek state-of-the-art kitchen flows effortlessly into the open-plan dining and lounge space, which spills onto a wraparound patio. Sunny terraces, shaded awnings and an infinity pool poised over the landscape make this the heart of summer living, the perfect spot for al-fresco dining and barbecues.
On the same level, two beautifully appointed bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin) sit adjacent to a bathroom and a separate guest WC. The upper mezzanine provides a restful retreat ideal for work or relaxation, along with two additional bedrooms (one super king-size double and one triple with a double and single bed) plus a family bathroom. Down on the lower level, a gym elevates the leisure experience further.
