旧市街の入口の広場を見下ろせる素敵なお部屋、特典で頂いた可愛らしいクッキー達、ベッドもふかふかで過ごしやすかったです。更に特定のクーポンでお得にレストランを利用したおかげでコース料理もかなりリーズナブルに頂けて満足でした。

後悔しないホテル

派手さはないけど本当に落ち着くホテル。レセプションスタッフがみなさん感じがとても良く、あー良いホテルだなと感じる。地下のサウナ、プールも無料で利用でき(朝7時から夜10時まで連続して利用できる)、頻繁に掃除しているため清潔感があって心地よい。朝食もフレッシュジュースがなかったのは残念だが美味しい。旧市街にも近く、絶対に後悔しない。

フロント、朝食ともスタッフはとても感じが良かったです。部屋は7階のスカイビューで天窓しかありませんが部屋が広く綺麗で使い安くバスタブもあり、とても寒かったので温まりました。朝食は種類がとても多くサーモンなどあり美味しく頂きました。チョコレートホンデュまであります。場所も旧市街に近く歩いて観光出来て、すぐに部屋に帰れるので便利でした。ただ予約の時に朝食込みで予約したつもりなのにチェックアウトの時に料金を支払いました。これはホテルザドットコムが悪いのか? ちょっとびっくりしました。あと、ホテルとは関係ないのですがフェリーターミナルからホテルに行くのにタクシーを使用しましたがぼったくりにあいました。黒のタクシーです。20€も取られてしまいました。帰りは9€いかない位でした。皆さんも黒のタクシーには気を付け下さい。とてもおすすめ出来るホテルです。

My stay at this hotel was a great time. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the food was good. One of the most memorable moments was breakfast on my birthday. While I was having breakfast, the lovely staff approached me with a cake to celebrate my birthday. I was touched by the cake and felt very happy. If I have the opportunity to come to Estonia again, I will definitely book this hotel and stay there.

フロントスタッフや、レストランスタッフはとてもサービスが良かったです。部屋が少し狭く感じたのと、便利は良いのですが、周辺は交通量が多くて部屋が静かではなかったのが、残念でした。

立地が良いホテル

旧市街地の目の前なので散策して休憩に帰ったりトイレに行ったりが楽でした。部屋は普通でなぜ評価が高いか疑問。最初に案内された部屋は二階で外から丸見え、次に案内された部屋は眺望は隣の建物でした。朝食は美味しいです。サーモンが丸々一匹並んでました。ベリーも美味しいです。

空港からトラムで30分くらいで着くので便利です。徒歩圏内に小さいけどモールがあります。近隣に食事をするところはあまりなかったかも。ただ小さいコンビニはすぐ近くにあります。（RKIOSK)

トラムに近くてわかりやすい

旧市街で泊まるより、空港からトラム利用で降りてすぐ、便利と思います。帰りも空港利用、もしくはバスターミナル移動のどちらもトラムで簡単。朝食は特に他所より魚が充実していました。タリン旧市街はコンパクトなので、先に荷物を預けて観光すると身軽でいいと思います。

全てに満足できるレベルで、お勧めです。

夫婦で2泊しました。日差しは強いが風が出てくると肌寒さを感じます。外出時、特に夕方以降は羽織るものが必須です。23：00頃まで明るい。ホテルの外観は歴史を感じるが、中は近代的で清潔。空港からのトラムもホテルのほぼ前に着きます。旧市街の入り口にあり、どこに行くにも大変便利。近くにスーパーも複数あり、お土産探しにも不自由なしでした。次の滞在はリガへのバス移動でしたが、バスセンターへもトラム1本で行けます。朝食も満足のラインナップでした。部屋には電気ポット、コーヒーカップ、スリッパもあり、フルーツも。部屋も広くバスタブは大きめ。スタッフとは当方の片言の英語で十分コミュニケーション可能です（特別愛想がいいとは言えませんが、余計な世話はしません的で自分は好きです。）ぜひお奨めしたいホテルです。

旧市街は石だたみなので、スーツケースを転がすのは難しいです。なので、このホテルの場所は最高です。トラムも横にとまるし、旧市街の入り口がすぐで、快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。サウナが無料だと良かったのですが残念でした。

フレキシブルに対応して頂きありがとうございます

娘が今年九月からこちらの大学に入学し、クリスマス休暇には帰国しないということで、日本から頼まれた荷物を持って行きました。学生寮にはバスタブが無い為、滞在中のホテルでバスタブにつかりたいとの希望でした。予約した時はバスタブ付きだと思っていましたが、予約はスタンダードでしたのでバスタブはありませんでした。フロントにお願いしたら、運良く隣のバスタブ付きのスーペリアツインがあるとのことで、直ぐに対応して頂きました。一日に付き15€アップでしたが、ここに6泊泊まる事が出来、娘もゆっくりバスタブを楽しむことが出来ました。タリンは三回目ですが（一回目は日帰り、二回目はアパートメントに滞在〕ここのホテルは交通機関を利用するのも便利。勿論旧市街は目の前。空港行きトラムも直ぐそばなので、アクセスはバッチリです。また、バスタブが必要になったらお世話になります。

急遽宿泊を決めて、2時間前に口コミを参考に予約しました。パスポートチェックの際に誕生日に気付いてくれて、すぐに部屋にケーキとメッセージが届きました。おもてなしの気持ちが伝わり、他の対応も良く、本当に素晴らしいスタッフの皆さんでした。部屋は広く、ベッド、シャワー、アメニティ全て問題なく、コストパフォーマンスに優れた気持ち良い滞在でした。ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです!

モダンで便利なホテルです

旧市街に近く、口コミ評価の高い宿ということで選択しました。旧市街の外れに位置しますが、小さな町なので徒歩でどこに行くにも便利です。最近出来たホテルなのか、モダンなつくりで綺麗です。部屋は十分な広さがあり清潔です。コンセントの数やWifiの接続状況も良好です。シャワーのみですがお湯も良く出ます。残念ながら冷蔵庫はありませんでした。。朝食はメニューが豊富で朝から満腹になります。

I thought it was kind that the 1st floor of elevator in a lobby always opens a door and is waiting for a visitor.

旧市街地に近い便利なホテル

交通至便で便利なホテルでした。空港からはタクシーで10ユーロ以内，復路は目の前のトラムからバスに乗り継ぎました。旧市街地に近く，散策の休憩でホテルに帰れるのは便利でした。スタッフの対応も最高です。

立地よし設備良し

観光するにはちょうど良い立地。値段も特別高いわけではなく、部屋は綺麗だし、朝食も充実。特にスペアリブが美味しかった。

「ゲストの99%が推奨」は本当です！

泊まって良かった。もうこれ以上、何も言えません。 Expedia+のおかげでExecutive Double Roomに泊まる事が出来ましたが、本当に感動的です。設備は新しく、手入れも行き届いていました。シャワーも2つ(浴槽付き・シャワーのみ)と、使い分けられたりします。フロント係の方々は、みんな英語が上手で、コミュニケーションには全く困りません。おまけですが、美女ばかりです(笑)。タオルが1枚足りないとか、液体せっけんの交換忘れとか、日々のアメニティの些細な不備はありましたが、困るほどではなかったので、事実としては見つけたものの、気にするほどではありません。歯ブラシは、日本から持参する事をお勧めします。 House Keeping係の方は、英語がほんの少ししか通じませんでした。自分達が覚えた英単語を喋りはするものの、こちらの質問(清掃に何分かかる？など)には答えてもらえませんでした。酷だとは思いすまが、他が良すぎるだけに残念でした。 2月24日の独立記念日には、ホテルの目の前で夜に記念式典が開催されるので、見る事が出来てラッキーでした。

Steps to old town and new and upcoming area as well. Excellent breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna are clean and nice to break the day.

Great location right across the street from Freedom Square which is the entry into the Old Town. Also, the number 2 bus from Terminal A stops a block away. My girlfriend and I came over from Helsinki on Viking Line for one night. We loved the hotel. The breakfast was just as good as Finland. Tallinn exceeded our expectations. We only spent one night, we could have spent two. Really good hotel!!
