Tallinn is a beautiful place and we were given the most romantic room in the hotel. The hotel also was reasonably priced, but what stood out was the service. the staff were amazing. There was one hiccup but the staff were so nice it didn't matter. It was remedied straight away.

Very helpful staff at Reception with advice on travel around the city. It was great to have a sauna in the hotel. The room was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast as wanted to explore the city. The hotel was brilliantly situated for access to all the historic sites and the brilliant Rataskaevu16 restaurant is only 100 metres away. Tallinn has become my favourite city!

The Merchants House Hotel is a wonderful hotel to stay, wonderful helpful staff. The single bedroom was nice and clean and had a wonderful selection of tv channels. The breakfast selection was lovely. Right on the door step of the old town central square with wonderful restaurants food. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who visits Tallinn.

Fantastic hotel

Wonderful hotel, perfectly located just a few steps from the town hall square. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always a pleasure to walk by the reception desk to see them. Rooms were large, very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
