"So, I must say I loved staying there. BUT, it’s old. Our room was clean and quiet. Tub dripped a bit which I didn’t care about. Window to didn’t shut quite right. The parking lot was nearly unusable cuz they chose not to deal with the massive snow, but they directed me to a lot across the street I could poach if I left by 8am. You can tell it was amazing in its heyday. My daughter (9) gives it full 5 stars. I only rated cleanliness lower because the ice machine on 2 had LOTS of dust on top of it the whole 4 night stay. Ice machine on 4 didn’t work. All that said, I found it lovely and would wholly recommend if you don’t mind a few quirks in a beautiful old hotel that’s got clean rooms and great food nearby."

"The vrbo was awesome! Plenty of space and room to spread accommodate many. It was great because there were ample accommodations and basic needed supplies. Would highly recommend. "

"Weather was a big factor in out stay, as it was a residence, but they had a plow truck plow the berm and driveway, so we could get out, and a shovel to make trail out to my car. Also, when my granddaughter came up from Petersburg, it was easy to add her on to our stay. It worked out really well and we had variables as to whether we were going to have to stay one more day, if we couldn’t get on the ferry until Monday night. They also worked with us, so if we needed to extend one more day, they would accommodate us. We very much appreciated that!!"

"When we go to Juneau, we ALWAYS stay here. The rental is clean, quiet, and and pet friendly. The rental is well stocked with dishes, and a comfy couch to rest upon. The bed is great, and if you happen to get cold at night, there are lots of warm toasty blankets to be had. Like I said at the start, we always stay here.
If we ever had a problem, upon contacting Kelli and her staff, the situation has been resolved asap.
Come on down :) it's worth it."
