Very unpleasant stay. Room is dated and run down. Carpet worn out. Towels were also old and stained. Will never book this hotel again.

Overall of the hotel room that contains two twin beds are clean, but a little bit small. However, the toilet bowl’s water kept leaking inside caused a disruption to silence during the whole night. Hopefully the hotel could repair to avoid this to happen in the future.

Hotel.com should display real experience one can expect. The room I got was without window, smelly and dirty. When I requested for upgrade the amount quoted was high. I could have got better hotels for that total price. I went to reception with my luggage and informed that I want to leave the hotel. At that point the upgrade was discounted. With that I reluctantly stayed in the hotel.
The reception people were like robots. They were trained more to follow the hotel commands and control instead of listening to customer.
WIFI was also not working the first day amidst 2 reminders. The next day it worked after another reminder.
There were small flies on the fruits displayed for breakfast. I will not go to the hotel again and will not book through hotel.com.

This hotel need to improve in their cleanliness. I found a lot of crockroaches in my 2 rooms. The bathroom curtain have stain and the sink also have stain. GM of the hotel should check your housekeeping department. For breakfast buffet, i would like to complaint on the food. I dont mind that u didnt served a variety of food but make sure the food that you serve is in a good quality. I found the roti canai is so hard to eat. If im a foreigner, i wont eat roti canai anymore if i have your hotel's roti canai for the 1st time when visit Malaysia.

1. walk in booking - booking include breakfast but I dont want include breakfast. I hope in the future I can Book (Walk in) without breakfast.
2. The room clean except carpet. Hotel management need to remove the old carpet and put the new carpet because the carpet look old and dirty (colour of the carpet - dark brown).
3. The wall painting also look dirty - need new paint.
4. The cleaner should not clean the room if customer did not put sign (please clean the room).
5. The breakfast - the quality of the food average. Back old days, the food was so delicious. I dont know why now the food taste terrible.
