Staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast options were plentiful and foods are fresh. Comfortable beds and very clean bathroom, great water pressure in the shower!

It’s one of the best places to stay. Breakfast is very good. Prepay for it if it’s an option. Hotel prices swings a lot.

very close to Tainan station, and easy access to front side of the station through it. A spacious room with a nice view. Getting a room key after check in wan not smooth.

The property is listed as a 5 star hotel, it is not. The condition of the room is very dated, Capet stained. The room and bedding was very clean and the bathroom very clean, but definitely NOT a 5 star hotel.

The hotel itself is dated. Staff has kept it in decent condition. Very limited dining options in the neighborhood. I ate at McDonald’s for dinner because most restaurants and street vendors were not open yet.

A decent and nice hotel. We stayed for 9 nights. Their service was professional. They were also very eager to help their customers. Their location is also great. I will definitely choose them when I go back to Tainan again.

i bought high speed rail tickets, placed them next to the window next to my bed. They were no longer there after I returned. This caused significant inconvenience to my travels and monetary loss.

This hotel is really dated. The sofa in our room is too old to be comfortable sit on. Big room but lack of outlet for phone charging near beds. You can’t use your phone while charging unless you have over 20feet long cord.

A stay to remember - highly recommended
One stay to be remembered! My partner got unwell the first night we stay there and we called the reception for assistance. Within minutes we received a return call and a trip to the doctor was organised. We went to the reception and was told a taxi had been organised for us. In the end my partner was fine. We are grateful to stay at this accommodation and we will always thank the staff for their attentiveness.

Cleanliness of the room was not as good as it should have been. Pillow case had a stained area, floor area under the beds were very dusty and had numerous feathers from the pillows, and the bathroom sink had a soap scum that could have been cleaned up. Exterior windows are very dirty each time I have stayed here. Elevators seem slow and maybe would benefit from an improved computer program to optimize them.
