"This was honestly the best farm stay we have ever experienced in Tasmania. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming and incredibly peaceful. The setting is absolutely beautiful – rolling countryside, fresh air, and the kind of quiet that makes you instantly relax.The farm itself was such a highlight. Our kids absolutely loved meeting the animals, especially Basil the goat, who quickly became the star of the trip. They are still talking about him! Seeing the children so excited and engaged with the animals made the experience really special.The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. There was lots of special touches and attention to detail that we appreciated. Waking up to the views of the apple orchard and the sounds of the farm was magical and such a lovely way to start the day.What really made the stay exceptional though was the hospitality. Yolanda and Matthew were incredibly kind and generous, and you can tell how much care they put into the farm and the experience they create for guests.We left feeling refreshed, happy and already talking about when we can come back. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway and a genuine farm experience in Tasmania, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly, highly recommend!"

"From the moment we (four adults and our best-behaved labradoodle) arrived, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Not only was the house spotless and exuded a warm and inviting vibe (and with a lovely bottle of champers and crusty loaf and spreads), but the views were stunning. The house has a fantastic layout - two seperate wings and a shared area were absolutely perfect, as was the well-stocked kitchen. The pebbly beach is just metres away and perfect for rock-hopping, a spot of fishing, foraging, and watching dolphins. Fair Winds was absolutely magical and the photos don’t do it justice. We’ll definitely be back. None of us wanted to leave and wished we were staying longer. Thanks you so much for giving us such a fabulous mini-break. "
