Adorable family home in Tahoe City. Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this home in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The beautiful home is a perfect place to bring everyone together, including your pet, for a fun vacation of playing & exploring. This home has an open floor plan and is close to restaurants, a private beach accessible to you, trails, and close access to prime mountain resorts.

The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan that features a wood burning fireplace. You also have a deck which is a nice touch for a morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh Tahoe air. There is a BBQ as well to enjoy cooking a nice lunch/dinner outside.

The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, hall bathroom and two bedrooms. The upper floor is a loft style bedroom with one queen, one twin and another bathroom.

* Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Dog Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 7 adults

Spent a long weekend in Tahoe to watch the World Cup ski races at Palissade Tahoe. Cabin was pet friendly allowing us to travel with our best friends. Charming set up for a small group. Great property manager. We will be back.

Lovely place and close to Palisades Ski Resort
Location: the location of this place is convenient, close to grocery store, restaurant, and Palisades. You can also view the lake within walking distance. Check-in process: we arrived around 8 pm on a Friday night and was not able to figured out which lock box to open, since there are three "by the door". And because of that, we were trying to get in-touch with the management company and were unable to reach them; we also tried the emergency line for a few times and had zero luck. I suggest y'all can better indicate which is the box for the key. The place: The cabin is lovely and spacious, more than enough to fit four adults and a dog. The bathroom is smaller than expected plus the drainage drains very slow. The kitchen space and the fireplace are lovely. My family and I overall enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. :)

Great location. Layout of the house was definitely underutilized by myself and cousin for the ski trip we were on but would be well suited for a large family or 2 couples with kids. Cozy a frame with a big open dining/kitchen/living space. Dated but clean.

Worked for our family. Kitchen has OK utensils and pots/pans. Beds arent bad for rental. Nice to have backcountry few blocks away. TV is a little challenging for standard stations, butbwe wre able to do workaround.

A Quiet Getaway in the Hills
This cabin is cozy and in a great location, convenient to skiing, restaurants and the lake. It was the perfect getaway for our family! It’s in a bit of a hilly area so there were beautiful views as we strolled around the neighborhood on afternoon walks.

My wife and I spent a wonderful 4 day weekend in this well maintained A-frame near Tahoe City with another couple. Everything was "as advertised" in the listing. The area is pretty special and is only a short drive to the center of Tahoe City. The private beach is very nice and the view is spectacular!
