great location, centrally located to all tourist attractions by jeepney or motorcycle, literally dozens of places to eat in a 5 minute radius plus a grocery store less than 5 minutes away if you like to make your own breakfast or later in the night snack. The unit is clean, modern and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, by stay I mean as a place to sleep and eat in the mornings, not to spend your whole day inside, my unit 1103 was a little small for staying all day but plenty big enough as a home base, plenty of hot water and the shower and bathroom are separate and large, no real cons to the stay except one small one the pool is closed 2 days a week for maintenance. As for the financial aspect all I can say is "Try to find a better value and you will come up empty" although there is not much to do in Tagaytay, if I were to return I would definitely stay here again.
