"以前一泊だけしたのですが、とても良かったのでリピートさせていただきました。注意点？としてはガレージは軽自動車専用(入れたらシャッターしまらない)なのでちょっとだけ離れたパーキングにとめる必要があるかなと。コンビニなどはちょっと歩かないとない。くらいで、特に不便とかはなく(家電はほぼ揃ってるし、カトラリーもある)むしろ快適でした。また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです(*^^*)"

"Staff was wonderful! So many food options in the building and surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a short walk to the fish market area. Very cool place. The water shuttle that takes you to different areas of Niigata picks up right there too. Location is prime for Niigata"

"Nice hotel/onsen in a beautiful location with a nice view of the valley below. I stayed in a single room so it was nice and cozy. I liked the bathhouse with views into the valley ... Very relaxing. My only issue was that the restaurant was reservation only... I was hoping to be able to order some a-la-carte dishes but this option was not available Breakfast was good ... So overall a nice relaxing stay"

"We happened to choose the Japanese style room for our family of four - it was amazing! one tatami room with the four futons, and another slightly smaller with a low table to sit around. A long hallway ran along the two rooms with the sink and plenty of space to store toiletries and change, and then the shower/Japanese bath at the end of the hall. Coffee and tea supplies were there in the room, along with typical Japanese amenities like yukata and slippers. We also signed up for the breakfast buffet each day, and it also was wonderful, with a wide selection of Japanese and western food items. Waffles and omelettes (by special order) were included. The staff in the eating area and the front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel also had a small laundry room with two small washers and dryers which we used. The hotel location is pretty decent. It's about a ten minute walk from Niigata station, maybe fifteen walking with suitcases. After this experience, this will definitely be the place we stay in Niigata in the future - and I recommend the Japanese style room over the Western style rooms."
