Very nice stay.
This is a very good property. Very secure building and private garage are a plus. Exceptionally clean apartment. Central location of apartment makes everything easy to get to. Peter was very good at keeping in touch throughout our time leading up to our stay and throughout. Checkout was easy and the checklist made it simple. Gym is clean. Bed is properly firm. Living room was roomy and inviting. Great place for a couple. Thanks again.

Great Corp Apartment
This place is perfect if you’ll be in the area for more than a few days. I stayed for a week on a business trip. Great little kitchen and living area. Large comfy bed. Immaculately clean all around. Host provides a lot of instructions which are incredibly helpful! Gated underground parking with direct access to the building adds a layer of protection I was happy to have. Beautiful views of Tacoma, the port, and when she’s out, Mt Rainier. Just a side note- I was there in August, and it was warmer and more humid than normal- around 82° each day. The AC is a floor unit, it is not central, so there is no AC in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan and a floor fan, but I did have to sleep on the couch one night that was especially hot because the bedroom just wouldn’t cool down. I know it’s not usually that warm, but something to keep in mind if you get hot. Even with that, I will 100% book again… but maybe I’ll wait till November! ;)

Would highly recommend!
This property would be a great spot for anyone visiting their service member. It is close to the JBLM base and is very secure and lovely. Peter is helpful and accommodating and easy to reach if there is a problem. It's close to Chambers Bay golf course, which is a favorite spot to walk and many fun and interesting restaurants. It's just 20-25 minutes from Seattle and just an overall nice and secure place to stay. You really can't go wrong.

Great location, beautiful option.
This was a great two week stay. I chose this location mainly due to its location downtown, and overall premium feel. Seeing it in person did not disappoint. Host was highly responsive abs provided videos on how to access the building and such as there were multiple avenues for such. Parking in the garage was great. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and seemed premium. Will stay again when the need arises.

Great experience would definitely return!
First of all this one bedroom apartment is so spacious and so clean and organized. Peter was awesome at letting us know exactly how to get in and out with ease. The only one thing that I wish was better was if the apartment had an actual AC because the portable one was just not helping during those hot days but other than that this stay was wonderful. The apartment comes equipped with washer/dryer and kitchen which for the price paid is pretty great. Thanks again for the great experience!!
