Noise from the freeway. Breakfast was not impressive - we brought our own the second day as nothing very healthy.

Really wished either the pool or the hot tub was open for use. The continental breakfasts made up for it, somewhat. If that wasn't available either, I might have given less than 5 stars!

We always like to stay at Holiday inn rooms are clean and comfortable staff is very friendly, The only downside to this stay was no pool but you could tell there was construction being finished up so maybe next time

It was a very nice experience the housekeeper were the best. Molly took care of our room and she did an amazing job. The breakfast bars were well stocked during breakfast and it was very clean. The food was very good.

Inside was nice, but bed was not comfortable. Outside appeared to need a face lift and workers were repairing the roof. The building was checked by security dogs while we were there. There were two people smoking too close to the entrance and smoke was blowing into the lobby. Otherwise fine, we'll probably stay there next trip.

There was quite a bit of road noise, but thats expected for being just off the highway. The hotel staff were great, rooms clean and comfortable. I would definately stay again.

Room was excellent, clean, and up graded. Did not care for the Dove soap and loation. Did like the Keurig coffee maker in room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel and room smelled clean was free from damage or stains. The free breakfast was tasty and well made.

We're very disappointed that the pool was closed. Nothing was said about that when we made reservations. Having a pool was one of the deciding factors on choosing this hotel.

Only complaint was the pool and hot tub were out of order. It would have been nice to know that upfront before booking. They were very accommodating by arranging for us to use the Pool nearby at the Best Western. Other than that it was a wonderful stay
