「We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. No sink in the bathroom so we had to brush our teeth in the only sink in...

「In February we stayed here in a Delux Room called Toubkal. A lovely large room with dual aspect views of mountains. We returned in September 2026 and booked another DELUXE room. This room was not at all DELUXE! It was half the size and very shabby looking. Tired decor, mouldy curtains on balcony, ripped tablecloth, cracked masonry, poor quality floor tiles all in desperate need of renovation. An awful room name door plate 'Tachbart' made of a plastic sleeve with white printer paper inside,...

「Increasiboe at」

「Loved the room with views of mountains and surrounding mountainside neighborhoods. Wonderful breakfast (included in room rate) and lovely dinners (separate charge 120 MAD/meal).」

「Clean room very friendly staff and food was very good, peaceful area!!!」

「Great experience. The location is ideal if you’re heading up to Toubkal by main route. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were cheerful, extremely polite, and made me feel genuinely welcome the whole time. It really lifted the mood and made the stay special. They were also happy to prepare food for me - late, after dinner time - which was a big plus. The room was comfortable with a clean, basic, private bathroom. Everything felt well looked after and relaxing after a day on the...

「Amazing place to stay with stunning mountain views Traditional breakfast on the terrace very fresh Only complaint was not enough toilet paper provided Staff were lovely and helpful Some great walks from the doorstep to waterfalls and into the Atlas Mountains」

「The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....

「Incredible property, amenities and staff. One of the most luxurious and lovely experiences I’ve had.」

「The room wasn’t ready at the checking time. The mold was everywhere in the bathroom. No AC in the room, WiFI signal is extremely weak that TV goes off due to the lack of signal, closet shelves are broken, no table or desks where you can put your clothes, no shampoo and soap in the shower. An awful smell all over the room especially the bathroom. No welcoming staff. Coffee mashing was pouring water.」
