What an experience from start to finish… My stay at Hotel Al-Habtoor in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was flawless. The reception staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, every request was handled promptly and with a smile, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. The staff across the entire hotel deserve special recognition. From housekeeping to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and highly professional. It’s clear that hospitality is taken very seriously here, and the team works together seamlessly to provide a five-star experience. The spa and wellness facilities were absolutely superb. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, the facilities were spotless, and the treatments were deeply relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, and it added a real sense of indulgence to the stay. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options. Booked this Hotel due to the online comments Was not dissappointed at all Hotel was in a great location for exploring Hotel was modern and spotlessly clean staff was pleasent and welcoming there was no issues that the staff would not go to. Breakfast was delightful Will be booking this hotel when I return in the summer of 2026

This is a fantastic new hotel - the view from the room must be one of the best in Budapest. Staff very friendly / helpful. Will definitely visit again.
