If traveling by car, this is a splendid place to stay in the Duro Valley. Staff and room were very nice. A wonderful breakfast was included, which seems to be a vanishing practice in Europe these days. The hotel offers diner (not included) as well. The town of Tabuaco is quite small so dining options near by are limited. We would stay there again.

Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e muito disponíveis. O hotel tem excelentes condições em termos de infraestrutura, os quartos são grandes e a suíte presidencial enorme. Pequeno almoço bom, com o essencial. Nota menos positiva para o jantar, quer pela qualidade, quer pela confecção dos alimentos. O Polvo tinha uma cor estranha, e uma das sobremesas, Pudim, tinha sabor estranho, e muito artificial.

O CHECKIN MAIS DEMORADO DA VIAGEM

Para se visitar o Doro não vale a pena pois fica isolado e há necessidade de se pegar o carro para tudo. Hotel tem espaço suficiente para ter piscina e não tem. Box extremamente escorregadio, necessário sandália de borracha. Checkin demorado, segundo a atendente poderia levar mais de uma hora, até. Recepcionistas estressados, atendendo ligações com problemas. O proprietário tb estava na recepção, mas não ajudava muito. Melhor se hospedar bem proximo do rio. Espaços grandes porém sem nenhum charme ou detalhe de aconchego.

devant un manque de personnel en nombre et en compétence, ce séjour a été trés décevant. Chambre pas faite et ayant subit un dégat des eaux. Petit déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles, service au restaurant (quand il est ouvert!) nul. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet étalissement.

Falta de pessoal, o que se traduz na qualidade do serviço. O pessoal na minha opinião era pouco profissional. A marcação de horas para o jantar não foram cumpridas. O ar condicionado fazia barulho assim como o quadro eletrico do quarto.

Flot betonhotel med udsigt

Flot hotel i beton med balkoner. Billedet med 180gr udsigt til Douro dalen er lidt snyd- der findes kun 4 endeværelser med den udsigt. Alle andre værelser har udsigt på skrå mod dalen og ellers over landskab.

Kom til et meget stort hotel. Da vi kom var der ingen lys, ingen biler. Var i tvivl om det var lukket Alt var enorm stort men meget mennesketomt Enorm spisesal og kun 5-6 gæster.

Er waren geen spa faciliteiten. Als er geen grote groep busreizigers was is het ontbijtbuffet matig en wordt het niet aangevuld. Geen a la carte restaurant. Kamers waren wel goed en recent gerenoveerd. Voor enkel reizende reizigers is het hotel qua faciliteiten en service ver onder de maat. Er zou niet geadverteerd moeten worden met Spa hotel want dat is het niet.

Un séjour de toute beauté

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours à cet hôtel. Nous étions que 2 clients pour la majorité de notre séjour. C'est un hôtel très grand et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables. Le balcon permet de profiter du magnifique paysage du Douro. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé d'avoir une table et des chaises sur le balcon et notre demande a été respectée. Nous avons aussi soupé au restaurant de l'hôtel et la pieuvre était fabuleuse. Cet hôtel est un peu éloigné des différentes Quintas, mais la distance n'était pas un problème avec la voiture.

Uma noite bem passado

Apesar de ter chegado ao hotel, e não terem sequer a minha reserva no sistema, devido a problemas de comunicações por causa dos fogos que se faziam sentir na altura, tive sorte que tinham quartos disponíveis, tirando tudo isto, foi uma óptima estadia, quartos super confortáveis e espaçosos, staff simpático, excelente relação qualidade preço, voltarei a repetir com certeza.
