The only good thing about this hotel are the friendly staff or else everything else I’m sorry to say was horrible. First of all there is no elevator, and it’s only one floor of rooms but there are quite a bit of steps to get there.
The room itself feels like a dungeon. It’s dark and dingy and so so outdated. The shower head has lots of rust I refused to use it, which when in Rome, you need a shower daily.
My bed was broken so the entire night I slept on a slant, and well barely got any sleep.
The location is super convenient, but I would never stay here again.

Staff were kind and helpful. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. The beds were extremely hard, pillows went completely flat, and the elevator is very very slow.

It is a very clean hotel and modern. Located right near the metro. Great restaurants in the area. Emil, staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay
