Tabernash Cabin Getaway

We absolutely loved our long weekend at this cabin in Tabernash. We were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The cabin was quiet, clean, warm, and cozy. We will be keeping this one saved for future weekend rendezvous. .

Nice place but disappointed for the price

The cabin interior was nice but there were a bunch of cobb webs we had to knock down when we first entered. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a great record collection for use during the stay. The outside of the house was overgrown with weeds. The appearance around the house was very disorganized and unappealing. There were chairs and other items just randomly placed against the house, the shed had old wood, skis and other random items leaning against it. The picnic table was leaning so bad it wasn’t safe to sit on. You couldn’t see the horse shoe pit because of the overgrowth. There was a random item of what looked like fence just laying in the backyard. Only half the hot tub jets worked. We have pictures we would be happy to share. It’s a cool cabin in a great spot but we were disappointed with the appearance of the outside for what we paid.

Mountain Stay in CO

Very clean property with a nice view and fairly secluded setting. Neighbors are still in view from the home but they are some distance away. The hot tub is a nice touch with views of the mountains. Conveniently located 15 minutes or so from plenty of amenities in Winter Park. The biggest downfall of the property is no washer and dryer. The coffee maker also did not work but hopefully they can attend to that and there was a french press as a back up luckily.

Winter trip

Our family of four enjoyed this cozy cabin during the winter. The owners were responsive, the cabinets were well stocked, and the hot tub was a wonderful place to view the stars. Thank you for all the thoughfulness that went into creating a restful retreat!

Loved this sweet little cabin in the mountains! Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Record player with lots of great vinyls was a plus! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great place!

This Tabernash cabin was a wonderful getaway for our family of four! The kids loved the loft and my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing solitude of being a bit more remote. Took us 25 minutes on a snowy weekend to get to the Winter Park parking lots. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, but few have a kitchen as well stocked as this one! From an array of spices to Ziplocs and every utensil you would ever need, this cabin had it all. And did I mention the hot tub? Fantastic! The only thing to note is that the road to the cabin would be awfully tough without a 4-wheel drive. Loved our time. Thanks, Justin!

Awesome Cabin Getaway

We can’t say enough about how great our experience was with this property. This super clean & well-appointed cabin is a great place to get away from it all but close enough to everything that the Fraser – Winter Park area has to offer. We snowshoed and fat biked every day throughout our stay but came back to a warm cozy cabin with all the amenities for a hot tub soak, home-cooked dinners, game nights, and a big TV with DirectTV & internet access. The wood stove & cozy beds topped off a perfect stay! Oh, and our dog loved the yard for a good game of catch! We hope to be back sometime soon!

Incredible cabin!!

My kids and I loved staying here! Very cozy! The wood burning stove, the hot tub, the amazing views of the mountains made this a wonderful vacation! We were the perfect distance from town and there are so many fun things to do in the area!

Amazing

We stayed at this property for our honeymoon. It was really nice. Due to several places being closed we spent most of our time in the cabin and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was clean. and the hot tub couldnt have been better. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a getaway up in the mountains especially during winter (if you are lucky you will get snowed in!)

Perfect Winter Get - Away

This was our first time booking on VRBO. We had such a smooth process from beginning to end. The property manager was very accessible and the handbook was easy to follow and gave all the necessary information we needed. It was such a cute and cozy cabin that was only a 10 minute drive to Winter Park. The beds were amazing and the hot tub was very enjoyable after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a cozy stay for 6 people or less to book this VRBO. It is worth every penny. D & d

Perfect winter get away!

My family & I had a lovely stay in this scenic cabin! The kitchen was well equipped. All of the beds were very comfortable (and we’re picky sleepers). The hot tub was lovely and the views from the tub were stunning! We had a wonderful time skiing, soaking & eating. We hope to be back soon.

Great Christmas stay!

This house is just beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. So nice to have a great pet friendly rental option. Great views and a nice walk to a lovely wooded area was in the backyard. A short drive to some of our favorite locations, Winter Park for skiing, Sharkeys in Fraser for breakfast, a new wine tasing venue called Adventures Decantered. Just a perfect stay all around.

Great Location and Space

The location and property was perfect. We disliked the agency. They had hidden fees and while they were speedy to respond, they were not helpful. They said they had WiFi, but the house did not and didn’t offer to fix it. All that being said, I would love to stay at the house again!

Amazing getaway from the cities

My husband and I booked the cabin for 4 nights for part of our honeymoon trip. We really enjoyed everything about the location and the home itself! They really thought of all the little details here! Many things to do in the cabin from games to satellite to the hot tub. They have any appliance you could think of ever needing as well! The views from anywhere in the cabin are amazing! We would definitely stay again!! 10/10 would recommend!!
