I was booked in for 5 nights at Hotel Rum. When I went to the room, the lock to the door was damaged (but at least functional), which for the cost was a very poor look. When I checked out the room, the blankets on the bed were dirty, with stains that looked disturbing. I requested that they be replaced by clean ones and the young lady at reception was helpful in arranging for that, However, when that had occurred, hair was then left in the bed by whoever serviced the room. I immediately left and had to find suitable accomodation elsewhere in Budapest.

"The hotel is outdated as far as the rooms, the air-conditioning, the furnishings and amenities such as having an ice machine on the floor that your room is on. In other words very dated.
