8.6/10 Excellent! (18 reviews)
Messaged Hotel for directions from airport,a few days ago no reply.Late checking due to flight delays and unable to locate Hotel. No refreshments available only water.Minibar empty.Went to shower in am ,wet in shower no shower gel or shampoo, container empty
Also noticed light was out above shower.Breakfast was varied ,no one there to take room no or give directions on first morning.Plates cold and food luke warm then put on a cold plate.Chairs were big and cramped together, making returning to buffet difficult.I left to go eat outside. No slippers provided or bathrobe.I did manage to sleep.Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.Due to many, attention to detail issues I would rather this as a Hotel 3*
