By Hungarian standards the house was exceptional. We felt as though we were living in a very large IKEA showroom. "Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und alles im und um das Haus erklärt und gezeigt. Auch ein gutes Restaurant hat er uns empfohlen. Er kümmert sich wirklich um seine Gäste. Das Haus liegt traumhaft direkt am Balaton mit eigenem privatem Badesteg. "Das Haus ist top! Es ist sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt. Für unseren Hund ein kleines Paradies und vollständig eingezäunt. Der Pool ist optimal und wurde zwischendurch auch gereinigt. Die riesige Terrasse ist der Hammer! Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Weinreben hinweg auf den Balaton. Ein Träumchen! Das andere ist ein zimmer mit zwei einzelnen betten. Das bad ist sehr klein. In der Dusche ist kaum platz um richtig duschen zu können. Kaum 50cm breit, dafür aber 2m lang. Die Wohnung und Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen etwas deutsch."

"There were no wine glasses. It’s a wine region and you recommend suiting the vineyards, but there were no wine glasses. A light in the outside eating area would be a welcome addition and the description of towels was a little misleading. Only one towel per person. We left pepper as there wasn’t any, and at 55 forint it’s something that should have been there perhaps."

"The hotel closes at 8pm. No staff are onsite after that. You are supposed to receive a text with instructions to a lock box. I arrived 7.45pm. Staff had gone home early and the manager "forgot" to text me the lock box code. Manager did not answer the emergency phone, Expedia tried to contact the hotel, no answer to their team either. Fortunately another couple arrived and I gained admittance. A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area"

"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "
