Die „designmäßig“ eingerichteten Zimmer stehen in keinem Verhältnis zur Alltagstauglichkeit u. Praktikabilität. Das Inventar haben wir in keinem sauberen Zustand angetroffen (div. Geschirr/Boden waren dreckig, die Kapselmaschine voll vom Vorbenutzer, das Bettlaken an 2 Stellen eingerissen, Tampon Papier im Bad-Mülleimer). Nach telef. Rücksprache mit R. bot uns diese eine...

"Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön auf einer Anhöhe mit tollem Blick über einen kleinen Weingarten. Im Haus war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung zweckmässig. Einen Abzug gibt es für die defekte Türe zur Toilette, schade, denn dieser Defekt hätte sicher schnell behoben werden können."

"Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Perhaps if you were a female traveler on your own this time of year you may feel a little intimidated because there is no staff on site, but the area itself is very safe. Loved waking up to a view of the Burgenland hilly countryside, so lovely. Good restaurants in the surrounding area, generally less than a ten minute drive. The roads to the hotel are narrow and steep, so if there is snow or ice you would want to make sure you have good winter tires. "
