Quality, clean, great staff, good amenities

This property is set away from noisy traffic or City noise...a great view of Nairobi's South East ....makes having meals and drinks in the veranda magnificent in good weather.

The staff are awesome and so professional. They were all so attentive especially Catherine the bar manager on the 5th floor. She made my dining experience extra special by recommending several delicious choices from the menu. This was my second stay in three years and I would stay there again. My only criticism is the air conditioning in my room was weak (the blower output at a low CFM) and almost at room temperature. I experienced the same thing my first visit. Other than that it is a fine establishment with excellent food. They make you feel at home
