"The room was not ready when we arrived, check in was at 2pm and at 4pm the room was not ready. There was no towels in the room and we had to go ask reception for towels. The toilet flusher was faulty/hard to operate"

"Room was outdated and did not match photos when booking. It was not very clean. Hair and blood in the bed and had to request new sheets. Had to wear shoes in the room due to a build up of grime on the tiles, and thongs in the shower. No exhaust fan in the bathroom with a severe build up of mold. ..."
