The person on duty for check in was very helpful. It’s not the best place in the west but for a cheap place for a tired traveler it served the purpose. Had basic necessities and the beds were actually comfortable. What I say again maybe for the price it was yes.

Although check-in was friendly, the room was smelly, then the second room had no working air conditioning, and third room was dirty. Bed sheet was not washed and stained with some sort of dirt like poop or blood, the toilet was filthy, trash can still had garbage such as shaving blades from pervious guests. There is trash scattered around the property, even in the laundry room there is garbage laying on the floor and the floor was full of dirt. Everything was so dirty, I left a few hours later and didn't stay for a night.

There was no towels, but there as no bugs either so it was a fare deal I’m on a haul to phx az it was a perfect place to crash for one night… if your planning to parlay I suggest betting a bit more elsewhere

There was a big hole in the wall behind the door. The TV was set on Spanish and the clerk had no way of figuring out how to change it,he had to get another guest to change it. Which took a long time so we could not watch it the first night. Next night the service provider was not connecting which took some time to resolve. After long day we just wanted to relax and watch some TV. There was no counter room at the sink just the sink( very inconvenient). I woke up with several bites on my back not sure what kind but very itchy. When we went to check out no one at the office to get a receipt, door locked and didn't answer the bell at the window no sign no nothing.

Could not stay in the last room available (#114). Requesting a FULL refund. Had to inform the front of the unsatisfactory condition or the room. The front desk agreed however could not provide another room since none was available and I had to drive to another town late at night to get another place to stay. Please refund the entire amount since I did not stay there.

Very ran down and in need of updating. Shower had no pressure whatsoever and instead of giving me another room the manager gave me a key to use the room next door to shower so that was a bit inconvienent. Not impressed and won’t be staying there again.
