「Communicating well ahead of time provided detailed check-in info and suggestions of things to do and places to visit in the area. Check out was very simple. Everything we could need in the kitchen and bathroom was provided. It's a perfect place for a family to stay during a trip. Very quick and positive response when we asked for a later check out so we could go to a cave tour. Big yard for pups to walk in. 「Such a cute place! You can tell they put a lot of time and detail into these nice apartments. We stayed here for our trip to Nolin Lake. The drive to the lake took us only about 20 min if that. Not bad at all! Host is super sweet and quick to respond. I think my daughters favorite part was the snacks the host leaves for guests The only thing we were disappointed in was the bed was queen instead of king as listed, but we made it work and it wasnt a big problem. We ate twice at Steak and Stone...

「The property is clean and just as listed. We enjoyed how close we were to the park and all the activities nearby. Unfortunately our stay was during the government shutdown so we were not able to do any cave tours at the national park. The BBQ restaurant that was suggested to us was also closed and looked have been closed for quite some time. If we ever decide to return, I’d definitely rebook this property. 」

「This was perfect for a spur of the moment trip, which ours was. Cost was what talked us into this much needed trip. We love National Parks and having Mammoth Cave National Park so close was perfect. Room was a little musty but we turned the A/C down and that disappeared fast. I would suggest making the Two outlets by the bed into the ones that have USB ports with regular plugs. I totally forgot our plugs but had the cords. Other then that it was just what we needed.」

「This was a great way to check out from the worlds fast pace. Make sure when you google this camp site with the city and State. 1997 Fisher Ridge Road. There are two number addresses in Kentucky the same. You want to use this city and state-Horse Cave, Ky. The owner met us at the Truck Love's Stop and showed us how to get back to the secluded camp site. I would not suggest to arrive when it is dark. It was very secluded which was great for my two dogs. I ask the owner where the nearest shower was...
