"It!s a good location, ample parking for 2 cars easily. Upstairs clean, beds good, comfortable, bathroom is lovely and a downstairs shower too, both tiled beautifully. The downstairs needs a bit of TLC to be honest. Kitchen had that greasy smell, cupboards need attention, doors etc, some bits falling off about the place, so a bit tired. "The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. "Photos don't do it justice - so much space! Stayed for four nights with my Dad and brother, we are all 6 foot + and I was a bit concerned it would be pokey. Not at all, the opposite. Terrace was lovely, great to watch the birds, rabbits and hedgehogs. Imagine that in summer it would be a proper little suntrap!
