Once we checked in, they notified us that they were making repairs to the showers… and if we see yellow or brown coloring it is not dirty… but a stain. We had to buy shower shoes…… After processing that, we found out that there was little to NO hot water. Upon check out the manager apologized and offered to add some points to my account… but that does not help the cold showers we already took, nor did I call back to receive the points. If there’s issues such has no hot water, guests should be notified immediately and it be their decision to stay or not. I would no have stayed.
Our room was on the main floor next to the elevators and we shared a wall with the employee break room/laundry room which made our room very noisy and hard to sleep.
The room itself could have been cleaner.. there was some “stain” or bodily fluids on the couch/lounge so we absolutely did not even put so much as a bag down on the couch. GROSS.
Breakfast was mediocre… and inconsistent. The first day there were some okay opinions, however the second day we just walked away.
Honestly I would give this hotel stay a 2 out of 10. I would NOT stay here again, and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price point, I could have easily stayed somewhere cleaner, and had a hot shower …
