The Grand Hotel Swansea
The staff were great, but the room was disappointing, the pictures made it look bigger and luxurious. Our room was above the bar so the music was loud and we had either thin pillows or lumpy pillows, so my neck ached in the morning

The pictures online are nothing like the hotel when you get there the hotel needs a makeover.
