Scenic Swan Valley Retreat

Located on the banks of Rainey Creek this brand new 4 bedroom townhouse is in the heart of Swan Valley. A scenic community nestled along the South Fork of the Snake River, one of the premier dry-fly fisheries in all of North America.

This new home is comfortable with lots of space to relax after a day of fishing, hiking, boating or sight seeing. It is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Internet and is within walking distance of the new Swan Valley General Store.

This home is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Idaho Falls, 1 hour from famous Jackson Hole and 1 hour from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. With world famous fishing, hiking and the Palisades reservoir just minutes away, it is the perfect central location for your vacation during any season of the year.

Great property Great location!

One if not the best VRBO property I have stayed at. Clean, comfortable and great amenities. We were there to float the Snake River but there is great access to other points of interest and activities. Thanks to our hosts!

Trip out west

This property was immaculate with beautiful scenery in every direction. Everything we could possibly need was there or at the general store which was a short walk away. We used this property as a base camp to see the Tetons, Jackson Hole and Yellowstone. It worked out perfectly! Very clean, updated and comfortable for our family.

Swan Valley Vacation

Our stay was awesome! I have never stayed in a place that was so clean and nice. We had 7 adults and we all fit comfortably. The hosts were generous. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting to stay in Swan Valley!

Great home away from home

Stayed in Swan Valley during our trip to the Tetons. Little bit of a drive but a lot cheaper than Jackson Hole! The Market is right behind the house! The house was beautiful and very clean. Lots of bedrooms and a very comfy couch!

Your place was absolutely lovely. Tastefully decorated. Very clean. Excellent supply of dishes and, bedding, towels etc. There were also a few extra items in the cupboard available which were super helpful for cooking. There is a nice little grocery store/ shopping area and gas stations right in the area. The birds were chirping and active along the creek which were nice to hear. Lots of entertainment though we didn’t even have time for ping pong or spike ball. We enjoyed putting together a puzzle that even had all the pieces! We took a day at craters of the moon, another at Yellowstone and another at the grand Tetons and enjoyed the local waterfall and paddle boarding in the lake. This was a wonderful home to use as our base and days for relaxing. I would highly recommend this place! It was top notch!

Four of us were in Swan Valley to fish the South Fork of the Snake river for three days. We had an absolutely wonderful experience in the house. The layout, numbers of bedrooms, household appointments, and recreational add-ons are truly top-of-the-line. Our hope is to again book this property next year when we come for our annual fishing excursion on the South Fork.Probably the most enjoyable Vrbo that I have ever stayed in.

The place was amazing! We had other family in 2 other properties on our street. We thought ours was the nicest lol. It was only 5 minutes from the ranch where my granddaughter got married. Would highly recommend to everyone!

More than expected

Great indoor and outdoor games. We have 8 kids in the 2 families ranging 9-19 and they were occupied with all the stuff that we wouldn’t have had to go anywhere and they would have never gotten bored. Within walking distance to a great grocery/convenient store and little shops. Nice welcome basket and everything was very organized and clean

We had an amazing time at this property! The kids loved the Pac-Man machine and the ping-pong table. The kayaks were super fun! It was a nice walk to the general store and the neighborhood was family friendly.

Spent 3 nights at this wonderful property fishing with my 3 adult children. Larry was easy to communicate with. As importantly, the home was clean, modern, and its clear the owners paid special attention to the small things which made our stay so comfortable. See you again for sure.
