In it*s day would have been nice place. Room was aversge. Not that clean and needing maintenance. Blind cable missing and unable to raise. no plug for sink. Fittings tired and worn. External facilities showing signs of age and lack of maintenance. If some money spent to uprade and give some TLC would be a great place to stay.

The pool(s) are so epic! Had the best day relaxing in the sun. Rooms are great too. My only criticism is that the staff / housekeeping nearly walked in on me naked on my second day saying i was checking out when i still had another night lol! Loved it tho <3

Room was ok. TV was too old to get ch 68, a free to air channel, which is disappointing in this day & age. Pool was pretty good.

Overnight stop
On an overnight stop heading home from Adelaide. Nice clean room, staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked for a ground floor room. It looked busy but was still nice and quiet.

Great location
Great location, just a short walk to the centre of town. The garden and pool area was lovely. Nice and shady on a hot day. Cute little mini golf course. Rooms are a bit tired, could do with a revamp but comfortable and good size Towels, milk coffee etc not replaced and bed was pulled up but not tucked in, mugs not washed up. So may as well not bothered with the service.

Budget room is budget. Queen Spa room not worth the price renovation required spa needs replacing very old crudly painted over inside it and had rough patchs in it. Not usable Lady at reception has a lovely professional disposition. Family freindly indoor outdoor activity centre and pools equipment for use all free

We had an upstairs room on the main road. We found it quite noisy, even at night, and the room temperature was only bearable with the aircon running 24/7. The outside temperature was only in the low 30s as well. I wouldn't stay here in the middle of summer. The outdoor pool was unusable due to no heating and the spa was freezing cold too. On one of the days our room wasn't tended to which resulted in us running out of toilet paper and tissues. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. We arrived right on opening and the food had obviously been sitting in the heated trays for quite a while. There was a good variety but at $18 per head it's not great value. Overall the property needs a bit of maintenance and repairs. Given that there are so many other accommodation options in Swan Hill, I'm not sure we would stay again.

Picked this accom over others because it said soundproofing. Doesn't work with road trains, trucks, V8's or motorbikes.

We have stayed at this property a few times now as we have family in Swan Hill and we have always had a great experience and rooms have always been very clean, however our last visit was a little disappointing. The positives were - Quick, easy and very friendly check-in, they were happy to accommodate our request for late checkout the next day, also the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and the carpet was clean. The area around the resort looked very clean and tidy. The negatives - The bathroom was really quite disgusting, it was very rundown, the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned very well and there was a lot of mould/dirt in the grouting and tiles in the bathroom, the sink also needed a really good clean. Our neighbour in the room next-door, that looked like a permanent resident, had alcohol cans and cigarette butts out the front of his room that we had to walk past, he also burnt something he was cooking inside his room that night. The smell was horrible, we think he may have fallen asleep while he was cooking potatoes because he left the blacken food out the front of his room in the morning. Our room was looking a little rundown, in the past we have book a Deluxe Queen room (which has always been very nice & clean) and this time we only booked a booked a basic double room which we don't expect the rooms to be the same, but a nice clean bathroom is necessary. We would still stay here again but book a Deluxe Queen room
