"My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay at your house. It is cozy and clean,good location for our hot air balloon ride at Letchworth State Park. Nice partialview of the lake and host was very prompt in answering my questions before wearrived. Everything went smooth for our entire stay and highly recommend staying here!"

"We have stayed at this property many times and have had an excellent experience. This last stay had one issue. We booked a handicapped room with a roll in shower due to the fact my husband walks with a rollator. After taking my shower which was a very short one, I walked out of the shower and almost the entire bathroom was flooded with water. Water started to flow into the hallway and then into the bedroom. I immediately called down to the desk to ask for maintenance, however, I was told they don't come in for another 2 hours. The young girl at the desk was all alone was very nice and so concerned. She gave me a hand full of towels to hopefully soak up the water. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to take a shower. Since we were leaving, I found out the water issue carried to the floor below. I can understand that pipes get clogged and can break. I feel we should still receive some type of compensation on our stay for the inconvenience. The young girl at the desk was so apologetic and was going to leave a note for the manager to see what they could do. We will continue to still stay at this Hampton Inn since we like the handicapped rooms, it's clean and the location to Alfred Tech & Wegmans is perfect for us."

"The cabin was clean and ready for us. Hayden was nice enough to let us check in an hour early. We were not prepared for just how sulfuric the water is. Showering and doing dishes was quite uncomfortable and left the cabin with that odor for a bit. The listing did not mention the third room outside of the cabin which is actually a huge plus. We loved the coziness of the cabin and the kitchen had all tools we needed for cooking. The area is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed trying the local eatery Parkside Diner!"

"The property can use some upgrades. There were contractors working in the building, so it looks like they are improving things. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The night I stayed it was very quiet. The hotel is off from the main roads, so it was quiet. The price was very reasonable. Overall, a good place to stay while you're passing through the area."

"Everything was very clean. Very comfortable. Me and the wife had a very relaxing stay. Loved the fire pit and the view. Had a hard time with the internet but it was nice to just unplug from the world."
