Our room was clean and didn’t smell…. However, the casino floor smells oooollllld!… The bartenders in the casino are ignorant and exceptionally SLOW! The bartenders in the sports bar and Gilleys were fabulous!

Upgraded and took our money for a room that was not worth it. First night no towels or even hand soap. Dirty pillow cases so we put those pillows off the bed. When they came back in to clean they took the dirty pillows and placed them back on the bed. The elevator took forever to go up. People waiting everywhere. Finally just took the stairs. Now we also have 694.00 on our card and don't know why when we paid before we arrived other than the upgrade that was only supposed to be 10 extra per night.
