Villa Adea offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, with 200 m2 at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 768 m2. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), while on the ground floor there is a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), which can be put together if required. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and the villa has another bathroom with bathtub located between the two bedrooms. On the ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa there is also a kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family, as well as a dining room with a dining table seating 8 and a living room. There you can relax on two sofas and two armchairs, socialise and watch TV. On the outdoor terrace there is an outdoor dining table and a pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. There are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing on the lawn next to the pool, ideal for enjoying your favourite book. You can prepare delicious meals of your choice on the outdoor charcoal or wood-fired barbecue. During your stay, you can use the food dispenser, baby cot, washing machine and iron in the villa. There is also an infrared sauna on the terrace, giving you the opportunity to enjoy peace and quiet and treat yourself to some time for yourself! The courtyard of Villa Adea is completely fenced and offers 1 parking space, while there are 2 more parking spaces outside the courtyard.
