At the heart of the house is the spacious dining and living area with a large, open kitchen with cooking island, where you can prepare your favourite meals while enjoying the sea view through the windows.



From the living room, you have direct access to a beautiful wooden terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue, so you can socialise here until the sun goes down. There is also a small, attractive garden. You will want to spend a lot of time here while enjoying the sunshine and the sight and smell of the sea.



You live in an area that offers many lovely walks along the beautiful rocky coast, and beaches are also within easy reach. In Svaneke you can eat in good restaurants or shop in small, nice shops. To the north of Svaneke is a lookout tower from which you can see as far as the island of Christiansø in favourable weather conditions. Close by is the Brændegårdshaven amusement park and zoo, which is a guaranteed hit with the kids. If you drive or cycle along the coast to the west, you will come to Gudhjem, which, like Svaneke, is one of the cosiest towns on the island. The largest round church on the island, Østerlars round church, is also relatively close by.
