"The house is just a few minutes walk to the centre of sutivan. The location is perfect. The pool and outside dining area is a little bit of paradise. It’s has been done beautifully. The roof terrace is spacious with lovely views. Our children 5&7 were absolutely fine but the steps could be a problem for toddlers as outside is on multiple levels, inside is just one level though. The host was very friendly and generous with unexpected treats throughout our stay. She went above and beyond. We don’t often say we would go back somewhere but this was one of the best self catering places we have stayed. Thank you! "

"The house is in the most gorgeous location. It has a huge garden with about six or seven different seating areas. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. This includes a huge veranda with canopy where everyone can sit and watch the boats sailing into the bay. Steps lead down directly to the sea, so you can plunge into the ocean whenever you want. There are little villages nearby you can walk or swim to, to get drinks, food, ice cream. The track to the house is tricky, but ok. "

"Villa Sea Orchard stole our hearts. I wish I was still sitting on that roof terrace watching the incredible view over the water and hills as the sun set. Everything is perfect. The Villa and pool area are spotlessly clean and you have all you need for a blissful holiday. We made great use of the gorgeous pool and the outdoor dining area with bbq. Boris is a wonderful host. Warm and welcoming on arrival and quick to respond to every question. Sutivan restaurants and bars are a 15-20 minute walk away and a lovely taxi driver called Andrea would drive us home at night to save us the walk uphill in the dark. Honestly can’t say enough good things. We didn’t want to leave this gorgeous place!"

"We visited Brac with our young daughter and in laws. Pennys house is the perfect set up for a family visit as we both had our own private spaces. The house has everything you need. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch and dinner. Sutivan is quiet and relaxing. The harbour is beautiful especially for the amazing sunsets. We loved Miki’s restaurant the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere to relax."
