False advertising. It says pool. There is no pool. You have to drive to another location on a different property. Staff seemed cold and unbothered with our concerns. Our tv didn’t work upon arrival.

Construction meant no pool, tacky look and workers shouting to one another. Staff seemed disgruntled by something (construction). Previous stays, we’d been warmly welcomed. This time, I felt like unwelcome intruders. When we got to room, we found former guests dirty socks left in drawer. Just lacklustre in every way.
