The property includes workshops and storage rooms in the central portion and accommodation for the resident staff at the other end who maintain the property and also three amazing tree houses located in the nearby forest. "Tout y etait . Nous avons ptis possession des lieux yres rapidement. Nous nous sommes détendus dans la piscine au fur et à mesure des arrivées. Les journées secsont déroulées merveilleuses bien (piscine barbecue, football, boules, soirées dansantes et egalement visite à la ferme pour les petits et vélos rails pour les plus grands). De plus la météo nous a été favorable d'où quelque coups de soleil. A conseiller pour des retrouvailles en famille."

"The house had everything we wanted and the owners were very kind and helpful. The kitchen was very well furnished and the bathrooms and toilet brandnew. The backgarden was very nice to relax and from there you can reach the parking, suitable for two cars. It takes less than ten minutes by car to Sancerre and the Carrefour supermarket. And the landscape: wonderful!"
